Imagine Being the Person Who Says...
"I know exactly how to help."
Not because you're naturally gifted.
Not because you have another degree.
Because you have a system.
The Difference
Right now, you keep telling yourself you'll find a more engaging project or activity. You remember that Instagram Reel you saved or that great idea someone shared.
But now it's 5:00 p.m.
It's witching hour.
For the sake of both of you, you turn on the TV because it's the easiest option.
Tomorrow...
You do it all again.
MonteBloom replaces all of that with one repeatable framework.
Instead of asking,
"What activity should I do today?"
You'll pull out your Together Table™ Workspace, open the Companion App on your phone, choose the activity that fits your loved one's needs in that moment, and when you're finished...
Throw the Workspace in the dishwasher.
That's it.
What Occupational Therapists Think...
"MonteBloom places clinical reasoning that usually lives inside a therapist's head directly into a caregiver's hands."
Why It Matters
- Builds confidence through clear visual sequencing.
- Encourages independence by breaking activities into manageable steps.
- Reduces stress by eliminating the guesswork.
- Makes activities adaptable as abilities change.
- Creates opportunities for connection instead of focusing on limitations.
- Helps families, educators, and care partners spend more time enjoying activities and less time planning them.
The Together Table™
Is The Together Table™ Right for You?
If you answer "Yes" to several of these questions, this course was created with you in mind.
You care for both generations.
☐ You're raising a child while also helping care for a parent or loved one living with dementia.
You want everyone to feel included.
☐ You wish your child and loved one could spend meaningful time together instead of simply being in the same room.
Activities often feel overwhelming.
☐ You struggle to find activities that work for both generations at the same time.
Someone usually gets left out.
☐ Your child gets bored, your loved one becomes frustrated, or you end up doing most of the work yourself.
You're constantly searching Pinterest, Google, or Facebook for ideas.
☐ You're tired of collecting activity ideas that don't actually fit your family's unique situation.
You want more than "busy work."
☐ You want experiences that help your loved one feel capable, useful, and connected—not just entertained.
You worry about doing it wrong.
☐ You're unsure how much help to give without taking over.
Every activity feels like starting from scratch.
☐ You wish you had a simple system that worked for recipes, crafts, gardening, chores, and family traditions.
You believe every family member has something valuable to contribute.
☐ You want both your child and your loved one to experience success together, regardless of their abilities.
☐ You're ready to learn a practical framework you can use again and again instead of relying on endless activity lists.

Hi, I'm Annie.
With more than a decade of experience supporting individuals with dementia, developmental disabilities, and families across the lifespan, I've worked in direct care, clinical quality management, intergenerational programming, acute care, community initiatives, and in-home support.
Over the years, I realized something important: most parents and caregivers don't lack information—they lack a practical way to apply it with confidence. There are countless books, articles, and videos explaining concepts like Montessori, communication strategies, and behavior support. But when it comes time to help someone make breakfast, fold laundry, complete a routine, or participate in a family activity, many caregivers and parents are left wondering, "What do I actually do?"
That's why I created the 3•5•8 Method™.
The 3•5•8 Method™ transforms evidence-based principles into a simple, repeatable framework that helps you match everyday activities to your loved one's abilities. By breaking tasks into manageable steps, preparing the environment for success, and providing the right level of support, you'll learn how to reduce frustration, encourage independence, and create meaningful opportunities for participation.
Because knowledge is the first step. Confidence comes from knowing how to apply it. My mission is to bridge the gap between understanding the research and feeling confident enough to use it in everyday life—giving families practical tools that turn uncertainty into success.
