Making everyday independence easier, one step at a time.
Prepared Spaces. Empowered People.
We break activities down, adapt them to the person, and make them easier to put into practice — so you can spend less time figuring out how and more time doing it together.
JOIN THE WAITLIST!
An app can show the steps. The workspace shows where to begin.
Technology can make activities easier to plan and follow. But the activity still happens in a real space, with real materials.
In Montessori care, the prepared environment matters. A clear workspace can show, “This is where we’re doing the activity. This is where we start.”
MonteBloom brings the digital and physical together: the Companion App helps you prepare, and the reusable Together Table™ workspace gives the activity a place to happen.

Our Feedback!
“The few things we’ve tried so far have successfully helped my father do some things more independently.”
– Noah Hirsch
" What MonteBloom
now formalizes, is a rare quality: an approach that translates sound therapeutic principles into tools ordinary
caregivers can actually use.
From an occupational therapy perspective, this matters a great deal. MonteBloom reflects principles OT
practitioners rely on every day. The guided activity mat and prepared workspace are, in OT terms, a form of
environmental modification—they reduce cognitive and sensory demand, provide consistent cues, and set a
person up to succeed rather than struggle. The emphasis on adapting each activity to different ability levels is
activity grading—meeting a person at the "just-right challenge" so meaningful engagement remains possible
even as abilities change. And by naming the therapeutic purpose behind each activity, whether that’s
cognitive stimulation, fine motor skill, executive function, sensory engagement, or social participation (all
areas of OT assessment and intervention), MonteBloom places clinical reasoning that usually lives inside a
therapist's head directly into a caregiver's hands."
